24 Hour Services
CALL-24: Call-24 is our 24-hour touch tone teller. You can call 24 hours a
day for up-to-the-minute status information on any of your accounts with SFCU.
You can find out account balances, if checks have cleared, if deposits have
been received, and do transactions on your account. You can have a check mailed
to your home address or transfer money between accounts, such as savings and
checking. You can even make a loan payment. If you need to set up access to
Call-24, request it through an Email
and we'll send a PIN # to your home address. If you already have a PIN #, call
(330) 376-3626 ext#7 to access CALL-24 in Akron or (330) 332-7010 in Salem and
have your account number and PIN # ready when you call.

Please complete it, sign both areas, and mail or return it to the credit union.
SFCU's WEB-24 Internet Branch currently allows you to check account balances,
transfer money between accounts, request a withdrawal from your account, view
account history, make loan payments by transfer, and take advances on your SFCU

NOTE: In order to access SFCU's WEB-24, you will need one of the
following secure browsers: Netscape 6.0 or above, Microsoft Internet Explorer
5.0 or above, or Mozilla 1.0 or above, you must also have a 128-bit encryption
browser. Recommended screen resolution is 800 x 600. The online applications
ATM Card: Get the convenience of an ATM Card when you open a Summit
Federal Checking account. This card allows you to make withdrawals from savings
or checking accounts all over the world. You can transfer money between your
savings and checking and check your balance. At many ATM machines, you can also
make deposits. Do your banking anywhere, but keep your account at Summit
Federal. For a list of area credit unions that don't surcharge to use their ATM
click here. And you can use one of Summit Federal's
three ATMs: one at our Akron office; outside the food court
at the Summit County Court House; or on the 4th floor of the
Ohio Building on S. Main St. just inside from the parking
with no surcharge and thirty (30) transactions per month with no fee.
VISA® Check/ATM Card: For even greater convenience, apply
for a VISA® Check/Debit Card. One card does it all. It replaces your
checks and your ATM Card. Use it like an ATM Card for withdrawals and deposits.
Use it for purchases anywhere VISA® is accepted and the funds come
right out of your checking account. Use it at the gas station, your favorite
restaurant, when you travel, at the ATM, or, when you shop by phone or over the

eStatements: Now you can receive your Summit FCU statement by
eStatements are safe, secure, and FREE!
- Your eStatement will be available
online just days after the end of each statement period.
- View your
statements online any time of the day or night.
- Save paper - we'll store your
eStatements for you. You may view each eStatement online for one year. After
that, you can request a copy of your statement by contacting us.
